Carrot Cake And Cupcakes For Company Dinner
Carrot cake, used DH spice cake mix, added shredded carrots and walnuts. Iced with the Crusting Cream Cheese recipe found on this site. part of the border got squashed in transit. :( Cupcakes are vanilla cake with choc. buttercream. I used a full bar of German Choc., melted, added to regular buttercream recipe. Good stuff!!

LOL..Yeah!! And on the other side of the sheet cake, there was another stand full of cupcakes and another carrot cake just like this one...only w/out nuts. LOL.
