Easter Bunny Cup Cakes
I saw these in the new Wilton cup cake book, but the candy corn is off season (to make carrots) so I used the spekled robin eggs and jelly beans instead. My youngest daughter wanted hers with the Jelly Beans and my son voted for the robin eggs. They turned out pretty cute and were fairly easy to make. the bunny heads are MMF with royal icing faces (except the cheeks which are also MMF).
this is too cute i will have to check my wilton cupcake book, don't remember seeing these. i love the bunny faces!
These are just too cute!!! Great work!
Ladies, stop posting all this beautiful easter stuff. We're only a family of three and I just can't make everything, we'd explode. Now where to get robbins eggs in China, I HAVE to make those cupcakes (quick someone hide the scales)
Oh - so very cute!!! Bet the kids just loved them. - great job.
LOL Ursula40. I'm not sure where you'd get them in China. The kids are very excited to be taking them to sunday school this morning (I'll be making more tonight for my older two to take to their classes on monday night).
yes, the bunny head is made with a cookie cutter. I found a set for less than $1 at JoAnn's with four smaller cutters, and the bunny head was one of them.
these are soooo adorable! did u use a cookie cutter for the bunny head? if so where did u get it?
