This was actually our Wilton Course III cake (the old Course III). Royal Icing hearts decorated with small blue flowers.

Beautiful job!!!!! The Wilton books changed when I took the course! I would have loved to make that cake~ I can't believe you trust that tilting turntable though... I've lost too many cakes w/ it~
