Amanda's Baby Shower Cake 4/23/06
This was the 1st time I used fondant & I must say... it was a pain in the rear! I couldn't get the fondant to lay flat w/out creasing on the sides. I was thrilled w/ the outcome of the whole cake! Everyone loved the cake at the shower. The cake was a 3 layered 3 tiered iced in bc then covered in fondant. The layers were choco, strawberry & vanilla (like neopolitan). This was a huge hit!
