love iit how did you do the flowers?

I can't make decent flowers the real way. So what I did was cut out fondant circles,line them up slightly overlapping and roll. Once I complete the roll I "peel" the circles down(kind of like peeling a banana) until I get the desired look. The more cut out circles the larger the flower.
