Michigan Football Helmet
Here is a helmet I just did. Everything was going great till I put the face mask on it. It broke so I had to do some serious repairs with candy melts. it was my fault. I put off making it till two day ago and then painted it before putting in on.. DUH.. Gumpaste gets weak when wet...lol
The helmet is carved from two 8" a 6" and half a ball pan. The color is airbrushed. And something i learned. Be careful when quirting color into your airbrush cup. If you squeeze to hard it will splatter. Up your nose, in your hair and all over your face. Nothing like being nice and colorful for a night out on the town. My dh thought it was really funny...
My dh loves it! (I do too - but he went to UM) Watch yourself with the airbrush too - I have gone home from work (supermarket bakery) many days to blow my nose green or blue or whatever color I was airbrushing! I constantly end up with multicolored hands too....some days, I look like I've been naughty with the Smurfs! LOL That helmet rocks! :)

The Helmet looks neat and actually like a really good one, but I would have to disagree wit the school Choice. GO BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
