Made this for a local winery for a Spring Barrel Tasting event. Triple fudge chocolate cake iced with buttervrcream and covered in MMF. I was in a bit of a hurry making this so there is a lot I can see that I would do differantly, but this was my first time working with MMF so I am pretty happy with the outcome.
