Chocolate cake, kahlua coffee chocolate ganache filling, chocolate buttercream icing and borders. Roses are made from tootsie rolls. I melt multiple tootsie rolls in microwave for 10 seconds, form, and press (like fondant). Then I sculpt, cut and shape. I keep re-heating tootsies as I go. I lay them on wax or parchment paper.
