This cake was ordered by a chef for a birthday party at his restaurant. Usual pastry chef was out of town. Sorry the pic is not that good. Had to stop at store for fresh flowers and was running late (as Usual). 2 layer 12" French vanilla cake with strawberry wash, white chocolate mousse and strawberries filling. Covered in BC. Quiltd pattern. After driving to restaurant--cake had bulge in middle--POOH!!!

To me, the turntable is the answer to getting the quilting down. ILoveBaking--I got an impression mat from Sugarcraft.

thats lovely, and the alstromeria give it such a nice look in the arrangment, they are one of my favorite flowers to use
