This was done in almost all butter cream - the pirates, treasure chest, plank, and anchor are fondant. The sails are just paper. Got lots of ideas from this site. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but it would have looked a lot nicer in fondant. The cutomer didn't want to pay more than $65. It is cut from a 1/2 sheet, 6 ovals and 1 8 in square.
