Baptism Cake For Vatican
One of my client's is having their Daughter baptised at the Vatican and they ordered two cakes for the occasion. This is the first sheet cake I have done. Man they are not as easy as they look...also my first viva method cake. I like it and know I will do better next time. All flowers and the baby are made with candy clay.

what is candy clay?
candy clay is a combo of white or dark or milk chocolate and corn syrup to make it pliable like play-doh. 14 oz melted chocolate to 1/3 cup corn syrup kneaded and let sit overnight. Have fun!
