:D Ok... at first i tried to make the ears out of cake... but they collapsed and wouldn't defy gravity... in all my frustration and last minute ideas... used pre-made croisants... yes you read right... croisants!!! just snipped one end off and there ya have it... heffalump ears!! don't think they will taste very good though - decoration purposes only i think!

:D Thanks guys... the rest of the cake is just a regular 3D bear cake... nothing special... his tail (which u can't see) is half a mini-muffin frosted pink... was pretty easy to do... just need patience when it came to frosting the ears... never frosted anything upside down before!
