This has to be the best looking caslte cake I have ever seen!!!! It's absolutely goreous! I love the doors, the moat around it, the 'brick' look to the fondant, the colors, and everything!!!

Thank you all for the wonderful comments. I used the cardboard roll from cake board cover or you can use paper towel rolls. Cover them with wax paper, roll out fondant/gumpaste about 1/4" and impressed with brick mat. Wrap around covered roll and let sit overnight, slide off roll and remove wax paper from center to finish drying. Tops are sugar cones covered with fondant.
