Clarinet Birthday Cake
My daughter plays clarinet and tomorrow is her birthday. She requested white cake with raspberry filling. I used a sleeved filling from my local cake supplier. DH Classic White with Dream Whip. Noncrusting buttercream with lemon exract. This is about 3 feet long and about 3 inches or so wide - except for the bell. The clarinet is 4 edible images laid end-to-end. Decorated with one of her favorite flowers in her favorite color. Easy and fun!

Thanks, all! This was such fun, and she's going to love it. I don't refrigerate my cakes unless they are frosted with cream cheese or have a dairy filling...both of which I avoid for the very reason they need refrigerating.
