Still practicing with MMF. This is an 8" 2 layer cake. I've used MMF to cover cake and board. My fondant did not go on smooth all the way around so I made the twisted MMF to go around the cake. The flowers were done with brush embroidery..my first time. My husband thinks the cake looks like a hat..this was not intentional! :)

I didn't see a hat until you mentioned it! I think it's beautiful and a feather in the front would make it look like a hat, get a two-for-one look.

I think it is very cute. I love it. I have never covered a board in MMF...I might try that this weekend.

Very nice job. I like brush embroidery but I have never tried it. For your first time nice work.
