Gator Grooms Cake
The body is yellow cake with a almond BC filling. The head, arms, legs and tail are all RKT covered in BC then in Fondant. I had less than 24hours to make him and this was his 3rd head so while I would change A LOT of things (like the mouth, sleeves and legs) I am without a doubt happy about the results. The dowel was removed after transportation.
