This cake was a special request for a woman (from her husband) who cannot digest fat properly. Her favorite flavors are chocolate and raspberry. The cake is made with potato starch and ground nuts, and the icing is made from powdered sugar and cocoa, with some raspberrry jam for the swirl on top.

I absolutely love the swirl ono top-the rasberry and cocoa makes for a lovely color combination. I'm sure it tasted as good as it looks.
