thanks you all :) for the bow, i took the 3 different colors and rolled them out seperately. then, i cut them into even strips and laid them next to each other, then just used my rolling pin to gently "blend" them, very simple actually! yes, i used the 2 halves of the wilton egg pan, just make sure the cake is dense or it will not hold up. iced it in buttercream and refriderate it overnight, next day placed the "egg" on the cake board, which had a wooden dowell glued in the center to keep the cak...

dailey, my 5 year old just came and got me out of bed. She said I found you the cutest Easter cake. You just have to see this. She said I typed my name in. That is her name typed in twice with my screen name. I love your cake to!!! She is hiding now because she said I was telling on her and she is embarrased. :lol: :lol: :lol:
