Sushi
I did this cake for someone that wanted Sushi for a friends birthday cake. All of the pieces are fondant with the exception of shaved white chocolate for the "rice" on the two matching pieces.

Beautiful work. Your "sushi" looks very real and I love the design on the side of the cake, very unique.
