this is my first attempt at rich's bettercreme. love using it. next time i will not clean up before i take the picture. i went to put something on the shelf above the cake and my gumpaste shoe support fell into the cake along with a flower cookie cutter. . because i had airbrushed it, no easy fixing. just a practice cake anyways. flavor: white chocolate
