A triple layer white cake, iced and decorated with buttercream icing, using Wilton's new "Extra Special Buttercream Icing Recipe. The icing is so light and creamy it ices the cakes wonderfully and doesn't pull up the crumbs.

No I don't think, this was one of Wilton's newest recipes on their web site. It uses 2 cups of crisco, 8 cups or 2lbs of confesctioners sugar 1/2 tsp salt, 1-2 tsp of clear vanilla or your favorite flavoring, and 6 to 8 oz of whipping cream. Cream shortening until fluffy, add sugar and continue creaming until well blended. Add salt flavoring and whipping cream. blend on low speed until moistened. Beat at high speed until icing is fluffy. I will also post it on the recipe page on this site
