Thank you! They were a lot of fun to make. Just piped them onto the cupcake. I did use a sucker stick in each one though so they would sturdy especially for transporting.

Thanks!! The elephants are tip #5. Toe nails & eyes are number 2 and black part of eyes #1. Ears are #104 since i wanted large ears but you can use a small tip like 102. Pipe body over stick. Then do head and trunk in one continuous motion. Then legs, Then arms. Then ears w/large end of tip being the center. Make sure it connects or they will fall off! Add toenails, eyes Oh and the tail (tip 3). That's it!

Thanks so much!!! I would have to say that the icing was probably the thinner side of medium consistency. That's not too much help, huh. It was a little thicker than what I would ice a cake with. :)
