So, this is a white cake w/buttercream icing. My first steak cake, thought it was pretty good. Anyway, it's for my dad's birthday, he'll love it because 1. he loves steak and 2. he's on the atkin's diet (but cheating for his bday only). so i thought this was entirely appropriate and maybe he won't feel so guilty about having some sweets!!! I hope he knows what it is and that he likes it. Thanks for the idea CC!
