This is my first cake -- no class, just read some books. The picture was taken from the side (looked better from the front since the teir was off center), and someone bumped it and took a dent out. I'm still proud of it, though. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate IMBC. Roses are modeling chocolate.
