Chocolate Easter Cake
Customer ordered a fresh strawberry cake, coconut cake and a chocolate cake (she had given up chocolate for lent). Was going to put ganache on the cake but was running out of time. I had some chocolate triangles left over from chocolate fillagree cheesecake wedding so I put those on. DH says I never throw anything away!!!
