Well I'm not much of a decorator or a photographer, but this sure was fun to make for easter. The 'ground' is a mix of toasted coconut (some tinted green, some left white) and ground walnuts, the 'eggs' are dyed pistachios, and the 'bush' is a parsley plant. The cake itselfs is a light chocolate cake, with a dark chocolate cream cheese layer in the middle.
