I made this 2 tier cake for my friends 25th Anniversary. They didnt have a wedding cake when they got married so I was thrilled to make one for them. The bottom tier is chocolate mud cake and the top tier is white chocolate mud cake, decorated with fondant icing, fresh roses and ribbons (to match the bouquet at their wedding).
