Just made this cake to practice different types of free-handing scrolls. Not easy, but each time I get a *little* better (emphasis on *little*). It's a 6" WASC cake with raspberry cream cheese buttercream filling and all buttercream frosting; gumpaste rose. Now I must go eat it!
