WOW, this cake is stunning!!! Very spectacular with the canopy hanging "in the air" like that. Again, WOW. I would love to try this some time, but I wonder, is it even possible to transport a cake like this??? Or did you put the canopy on after the cake was delivered?

The cake was transported 20km by car altogether actually sitting on my lap!! and I know this is not the best way to transport a cake but I didn't have any other choice at the time!!
