Here is my course 3 final cake. The cake is covered with MMF and the roses are made with Wilton Fondant. The roses took forever!

Beautiful cake. Is there a reason why you used the different fondants? Your ruffle is perfect!!
Thanks so much. I love to use the MMF fondant for everything except flowers.I use the Wilton fondant mixed with gum tex for the flowers because it holds up better and dries faster than the MMF.
