This cake was a little bit of a challenge because when I made this I didn't know anything about fondant or gumpaste and had never used royal icing. Everything is made from buttercream frosting and CHOCOLATE. Yes, the buildings are all white chocolate which was very yummy - but we had my sons party at the park and we live in Arizona.. SO.. chocolate and AZ heat (even in October) it had started to droop before we ate it.
