Ok - 1st of all this cake had a little misshap in the front. A little squish occured on the way to deliver it - learned hard lessons on this one! This has fondant roses on it handmade by me. (My first time at making them) I used MMF for this and to me it just doesn't bend or shape as well as the other stuff but it sure tastes 100% better! The cake was a lemon cake with blueberry sauce swirled through and a blueberry buttercream filling. It was SO yummy!
