Great job for your first attempt with fondant! Terrific! I love to decorate with fondant (it's so versatile), but do not care for the taste either. I've also made my own sugar clay , which tastes better, with butter, powdered sugar, and condensed milk (you could probably find a recipe out on the web or play around with the quantities- I probably couldn't find the one I used a few years back!). The only thing that is inconvenient about it is that it needs to be refrigerated. :wink:
