This cake has 1400 royal icing roses. This cake took 1 week to bake and 6 hours to put together at the wedding. The first 4 layers were moved stacked together, and the last 3 were moved stacked together and the final stack happened at the wedding. This cake consisted of 96 cakes total. It took my husband and 3 grown boys to move this beast! The base is made out of plywood tht the brides family made.

I should have charged 4.00 per slice or 4,000.00, but because the parent told me they were going to have me to another cake forthem in September, I only charged them 1,000.00 BAD move, since I had over 186 hours in this cake

Where did this idea come from??? Was it the bride who envisioned this HUMUNGO design?? How is your wrist feeling?? This is just a beast of a cake!!! I bet there was a "pretty penny" spent on this!!!! Totally amazing!

Actually this cake only cost 150.00 to make...I spent 186 hours on it...Lost money on my labor. This cake was a mock of Donald Trumps latest cake. Too bad I did not charge the price He paid for his cake!

Yeah I am doing this for my wedding... but on a smaller scale... I have 6 months to do the cake, and I'm going to start doing the roses at least a month in advance... My cake will probably be about half the size, but I'm already looking forward to piping all those roses
