My daughter wanted a snow white birthday with a castle. This is what I came up with. 3 tier. Chocolate-chocolate, White - white chocolate filling covered in white chocolate fondant. I had so many headaches making this cake but I finally pulled it off and my daughter was ecstatic. A great big bear hug to Dods for helping me out with inspiration and words of encouragement. I would have given up.
