Made in UK - my Mom's 80th birthday cake. 12" vanilla with raspberry filling. English fondant (tastes much better than Wilton), Royal icing flowers, with buttercream shell border and and buttercream leaves.
Thank you for your kind comments. It's called Regal Ice in UK. Not so sweet or chemically as Wilton. Mom wanted something very simple, but pink! Filling was seedless raspberry preserves.
Pefect! Gorgeous and elegant, love it. I gather it is what English fondant doesn't have that makes the difference, it is made differently! What is the trim just above the ribbon, the delicat trim. Looks like you covered your cake board with fondant too and the trim below the shell border (perfect by the way) and above the pink ribbon is what I am asking about. Looks really neat.

Fondant covers the cake board, and the pattern is crimped.
