I used the Pepperidge Farm Pirouettes. Cut a strip of fondant (brown) and cut small "v's" on the strip and wrap around the Pirouette. Use your finger to stick out the "v's". I used the fern cutter for the green palm leaves then dusted them in green, your choice of color, then I steamed them to make them get a more vivid color.
