They were doing a dessert table instead of the traditional tiered cake. (I even tried to talk her into one.) She simply wanted three cakes: WASC with Strawberry Filling and Whipped Cream Icing, Devils Food with BC, and Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing. She didn't give me any instruction though on how she wanted them decorated so I hope these will pass alright. I think they came out well. It's my first cake with Whipped Cream icing, and I got to try out my new diamond mat. Thx for all the ideas!!!
