This cake was devils food filled with cheesecake mousse covered in choc. icing with BC flowers. This was last minute for my mom's birthday. Anyhoo, So I thought oh I'll make BC roses! How hard could that be, ya know? ( since I have never done them before) Ok, so, I basically have ruffles on top of my cake. Ruffles are cool on top of it right?( I thought. ) You could actually see roses if you shake your head vigerously while you look at the cake. LOL!!!
