Jack and Jill Tiki Bar cake We had friends getting married and had a Jack and Jill party with a tiki theme. Their main gift was a tiki bar for their backyard pool. This cake shows a replica of the tiki bar, made from fondant and gum paste. Lights were added to further resemble the actual tiki bar. Sand chairs, umbrella and lettering also done with fondant and gum paste. The cake was chocolate, with butter cream icing. Included with the cake was also personalized tiki designed cupcakes, and cookies with royal icing in the shape of Palm trees, pineapples, Sun glasses, flip flops, martini glasses, pink flamingos and luau designed hawaiian shirts. Finishing off the cake is fondant and gum paste decorated tiki heads and tiki letters.
