A custom order for a Birthday cake "She likes carrot cake and zoos" was my brief :D This cake was so fun to make and I love the sweet but simple design. I tried out Mary Berry's carrot cake recipe (minus the walnuts) from http://uktv.co.uk/food/recipe/aid/657707 which turned out really well too! xx
