Ok, the story behind this....I had made the hydrangea flower topper and accompanying scrunchie flowers for a surprise 70th birthday party that never happened. Mainly because we couldn't get the birthday girl to the party. She always seemed to have plans. Since I was part of our little theatre group who was trying to create the party, my feeling was we should have given up the subterfuge, and just told her we wanted to give her a party. Birthday girl and our little group have now scattered for the summer...so the vanilla lemon cakes I made for the party were just languishing in my freezer. So I thought...I'm bored, going to decorate and use up the flowers I made. Added wafer paper fan for some fun.....
