Another 9 inch round cake

I had some left over peach roses and thought I would use them up on yet another practice cake. I think I'm going to try my hand at a sheet cake next time :o) I'm thinking of ordering a cake decorating DVD. Maybe I can get some new ideas and it would be wonderful to see how flowers are supposed to be made :o) This 9 inch round was a Pina Colada cake with buttercream icing flavored with pineapple and coconut. This was probably the cake that made me gain the 7 pounds that registered on the scale this morning.
