thanks for the compliments. I melted some chocolate put it in a sandwich bag and snipped the corner. Then just squeeze out the chocolate on parchment paper. I trimmed the band before it set up hard completely. Then pick up the parchment and wrap it around the cake. trim to fit.

Would you please share your recipe for whipped cream frosting? Your cake is beautiful.

thanks. I use 2cups of heavy cream 3tbls or so of sugar and 1tsp of vanilla flavoring. It's my favorite for cakes.
