Gluten Free, Soy Free, Dairy Free Smash Cake For Baby's First Birthday
This was my first gluten free, soy free, dairy free cake. I did have to remove the butterfly and flower decorations prior to baby girl smashing her cake. The texture was different from my standard cakes but the flavor was very good. I used coconut flour, coconut milk and coconut butter. The frosting did have the consistency of buttercream with a clearly coconut flavor.
