Lighthouse birthday cake for my Uncle Ray that turned 90. He built a lighthouse on his property and this was modeled after it. The lighthouse is all gumpaste (over 500 pieces). The cake is half raspberry with white chocolate ganache and half WASC, all covered in SMBC. My uncle is the greatest so I was so pleased to be able to make his cake for him.
