Winter themed cake the bride made the topper...it was a challenge to tie it into the cake. She wanted absolutely clean sides, with just decorations. Looking back I would have made a 6" dummy cake to put the topper on, to give the cake more height. Was a large wedding, did not want to give too many slices, with an added layer. You know what they say about hind sight...
