Buttercream "wrapping paper", and gumpaste bow.  This was my FIRST attempt with gum paste, and I think it turned-out okay.  The gift tag was done with gum paste as well.

I think I made the bow-pieces too fat/wide or something, because I had more to use, but no room - and I see everyone elses bows have all KINDS of loops! So, any advise would be much appreciated! Thanks! :D

The cake looks great...I really suck at doin' those bows too...I think it just takes doin'em a buncha times...your first looks better than mine!!!

It's a cute cake! When you make the bow loops, twist the ends to a point. That way you can fit more bow loops together.
