Everything on this cake is edible, except the white sticks and the flag.
Two light madeira sponges covered with sugarpaste, with an acrylic cake seperator, also covered with sugarpaste.
I didn't have a suitable cutter for the horss, so I made my own template and cut them all out by hand.
