This is Thatcher's 8th birthday cake, and this boy LOVES to go bow fishing with his Dad! The chopping block is caramel cake filled with chocolate chip cookie dough, iced in cream cheese buttercreme and covered in MMF. The fish is red velvet iced in cream cheese buttercreme covered in MMF. The entire cake was hand painted (my 1st attempt at hand painting EVER, and now I believe I'm hooked! Ha! Get it? Hooked!)
